1. CLEAN

a) wipe dining room table,* chairs, bench, tv, Sonos bar, walls near dining table (if needed) 

b) dust pendant above table 

c) vacuum and mop floors (ensure NO sticky residue post mopping) 

d) dust bunnies/cob webs in corners, under bench near fireplace

e) glass: mirror, glass fireplace door, and coffee table 

f) wash and replace hot tub towels 

2. CHECK 

a) TV and TV remote work (place remote on coffee table tray) 

b) couch and cushions for crumbs, hair or damage 

c) pendant bulbs all work 

d) Sonos Move speaker is in its "home" and charging

3. REPLACE 

a) Throw blankets as shown

*no need to set table as shown
